Just a little note to let everyone know that I am in the final stages of demo-ing my album. We have 14 new tracks and more on the boil so it is feeling wonderful!

My partners in crime are the incredible... Cameron Deyell on guitars, Stu Hunter on keys and bass and Declan Kelly on drums (Stu and Declan also sing pretty pretty too!)... Collectively they are 'The Captains' at this stage.... We been holed up in little music labs over the country the last while... - Syd, Melb, Brisbane and some magical band pre prod dates at Bundanon artist retreat.

So I have been writing lotsa songs the last couple of years - a lot on my own, some with said band mates and some with some writers I admire... the beautiful (collectively...!) Tim Finn, Don Walker, Sia Furler, John Pyke, Blair Machkichan, Stuart Crichton, Adam Guirguis and great Aussie writer/poet Tom Shapcott are all cowriters with me on some of these songs.

We are doing some more pre prod soon and a little gig - kinda like a sneak preview and album in progress gig july 9 in Sydney - and I would love to share the journey with you.
We had a beautiful gig at 505 a couple of months back so this is kinda phase 2 of that... can't wait!

Feeling inspired and on the right track... can't wait to share the music with you again
